Watersplashing Festival

Compared with Jinghong, the Poshuijie in Menglian is a modest affair, with little or no program apart from kids (and some adults) throwing water around.

What makes the Watersplashing Festival in Menglian attractive, is that it is immediately preceded by the Holy Fish Festival, so you get two festivals for one.
