Fengyi Town 凤仪镇

Fengyu is now mostly an industrial and commercial suburb of Xiaguan, but its interesting history still shows in some buildings.

While today Fengyi has been largely absorbed into ever-growing Xiaguan, before 1958 Fengyi was an independent county and earlier still, during the Qing period, was known as 赵州, the heart of the lands south of the Xier river and down to northern Midu.

The actual town of Fengyu retains some charm and has a large temple.
